We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We also accept Paypal payments.


SHIPPING TIME


Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, please allow up to 7 days before dispatch.

You will receive an email when your order has been made and is ready for dispatch.

If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help.



SHIPPING COST 


Please note that the shipping times below will apply after the piece(s) have been made. Please see above. 


FREE UK DELIVERY.  All items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, which aims to deliver the next day and will require a signature upon delivery.


EU ORDERS: All items are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets, which aims to deliver within 5 working days. There will be a postage and package charge of £5 (+ £2.50 for each additional piece). 


US / CANADA / AUSTRALIA ORDERS: All items are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets. There will be a postage and package charge of £8 (+ £2.50 for each additional piece).

Loss and Damage Compensation - all of our postage options include loss and damage compensation. 


Please note any duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS


As each piece is handmade-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns at this time.

We will happily offer an immediate and full refund for pieces which are damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty piece, please contact info@eleanoramoroso.com with full details.
